Six connected workflows that move a freight quote from inbound email to operational handoff, with no manual step in between. Currently being implemented — the architecture and specs are done, the workflows are being built.
A freight quote passes through email, pricing, follow-up, the commercial pipeline and operations. Every handoff was manual. Requests slipped through, quotes were slow, follow-up was inconsistent, and shipment details fell into the gap between sales and operations.
An end-to-end automation suite of six connected workflows. It captures incoming quote requests, drafts and sends a priced quote with AI, runs a tracked follow-up cadence with intent scoring, monitors pricing health, keeps the pipeline current, and prepares a complete operational handoff. Once an email arrives, the chain runs on its own.
A capture step feeds an AI quoting engine, which branches into follow-up and the pipeline. The pipeline triggers the operational handoff when a booking is confirmed. A rate monitor runs independently, keeping the pricing the quoting engine relies on healthy.
Once live, a manual multi-step quote-to-handoff process becomes a single automated chain running end to end without intervention. The figures below are the estimated results we expect to reach, based on outcomes from comparable automations.
Architecture, workflow specs, n8n blueprint and integration map are documented. The workflows are being built. A walkthrough will be available upon completion.
Too complex for spreadsheets. Too specific for generic software.
